I had a great experience at Med Ex. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional from the beginning of the process between emailing, phone calls, making sure all my vacations and lab work were ready. Once all the results were confirmed I received the appointment to come to meet with the doctor to pick the final package. The day of the appointment I walked in. The facility was clean, well-organized, and very welcoming. The doctor ans a few basic questions and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for.
